working with Nathan Fietz.  We are very happy to have built a house designed the way we had envisioned. 
The process went well from beginning to end!

We loved working with Nathan.  From the beginning, we were impressed with him because he has such a strong
background in building homes and the knowledge required to do the best job possible.  Nathan was always
available to call and promptly returned our calls and questions.  He had a great personality to work with. 
He was a strong advocate for us, as the builders, when there were concerns that came up.  Nathan has a
strong work ethic that showed in his long work days and the many questions he answered of ours that were
outside of the normal work day hours.  He is an invaluable employee for Tim O’Brien Homes! 

When people ask of our building experience with Tim O’Brien Homes, we will have a lot of positives to share!

I just wanted to let you know how much my wife and I have loved working with you and buying a Tim O’Brien
home. I’m not usually the kind of person that would sing the praises of a builder, but you have defiantly
changed my mind about how building a new home can be a pleasurable experience. From day one, we
knew that you were the right choice to build our family’s new home.

As you know, we were on a major time crunch to complete the moving of our family because of a job relocation.
From the very beginning, everyone in the Tim O’Brien family worked hard to ensure that our new home was
completed on time. Throughout the design and construction process, your desire to ensure that all was
satisfactory to us, and your willingness to make minor and major changes, when possible, were
greatly appreciated.

Your eagerness to put our needs first was very evident. When we wanted last minute changes in flooring and
cabinetry, Carey Podlesnik quickly provided samples and quotes with real time estimates of the impact it would
have on our construction timeline. She even offered to meet with us way after hours to view samples because
our schedule was so hectic. And because our changes were going to delay our move, your construction
manager Nathan Fietz pulled resources from other construction projects to ensure our timeline. I’m sure
they were working 24/7. We were blown away that our home was completed even before your model home.
That’s customer first!

It’s the small details that set our Tim O’Brien home apart from other homes in the neighborhood. We love the
wood-floored first floor, 9-foot ceilings, solid wood six panel doors, upgraded counters, and beautifully
appointed kitchen. Even the exterior is a step above. Several of our neighbors have even commented on
how they wished their builders would have suggested the wall texturing that came standard in our home.
The tinted base paint also made our home feel warm and inviting the day we moved in. The quality of the
woodwork and the fit and finish of the cabinetry give people that visit our home the impression that we spent
much more than we did. As you know, I am knowledgeable in the building trade, and continually reviewed
the various stages of construction. I have to say our new home was built better than any I have observed.
Most builders promote energy star ratings, but our new home has got to be one of the most efficient in the
neighborhood. Upon comparison with quite a few neighbors, our first utility bill beat all others by over $100.
So not only did we save during the construction process, but our Tim O’Brien home continues to reward us
with lower bills each month. It’s a great feeling to know that we are reducing our carbon footprint and can
live in comfort while saving money in the process.

Each day I am reminded how happy we are that we selected Tim O’Brien for our builder. Thanks again

I am writing to thank you for a wonderful experience that we had in the purchase of 15204 73rd Street, in Strawberry Creek.

I have been selling real estate for 22 years. I sell in both Wisconsin and Illinois. I have met thousands of sellers and buyers and have many, many good experiences.

My daughter, my son in law and granddaughter, Tony, Dawn and Kailey Duval; were moving done here fiom Green Bay. First I would like to say, I was ecstatic that they would live closer to us and I was excited about the opportunity I had to help them find their home.

I will tell everyone I know who might be looking for a home today or in the future. In today's rough economy and tough times, it was one of the smoothest deals I have had in my career. I have all ready told anyone who listens, what a great experience for my family and myself as a realtor. The Duval's are happy with their new home and getting settled. We are thrilled to have been able to have them closer to us and happy with their new lives.
